We were so lucky to have my Pam officiate our wedding, and she did the most incredible job imaginable. The ceremony was deeply personal, heartfelt, and beautifully written, it felt like us in every way. She took the time to truly understand our story and brought it to life with warmth, grace, and just the right touch of humor.
What made it even more special were the thoughtful details she added about Rob’s father. Those moments were so touching and meaningful, and they brought an extra layer of love and emotion to the ceremony. It was clear how much heart she put into every word, every transition, and every pause.
So many of our guests told us afterward that it was one of the most beautiful and memorable ceremonies they’d ever witnessed. We couldn’t agree more. It was perfect from start to finish—and we’ll cherish it forever.

There just aren’t enough stars to give Pam and her husband for helping us with an impromptu wedding ceremony. They overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations! Our original plan was to get our marriage license and get married the same day - now allowed in WV. Sounds easy, right? Not so much… at least not in Charleston, WV.
While judges can accommodate a same day marriage, you have to reserve a spot on the judge’s docket. And each judge has waiting lists weeks and weeks long. What’s the big deal? So you have to wait a few weeks… is what I’m guessing most will think. Well…
After paying $57 and receiving the marriage certificate from the county clerk’s office, then spending hours calling judges and deep diving the internet, we finally stumbled upon Love Knots Contemporary Weddings on Facebook. In short, I sent the first FB message to Pam (Pam LeRose, Officiant) at 7:16 PM on a Friday night and we were married less than 24 hours later!! Pam and her husband gave us the exact ceremony we envisioned and then some!
I highly recommend Pam and her husband for any type of wedding ceremony. They are both very professional and, more importantly, they are very personable and kind. Pam took the time to make our ceremony about us, which was exactly what we wanted. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Love Knots Contemporary Weddings!
They gave us our “Happily Ever After…”. ❤️
